Can I disconnect jump start cable when the cars are running?
Q. Hi all! I think my car has a bad battery. I was successful in jump starting my car with another car. I could get it started and running for a few minutes with jump start cables. I then turned both cars off, disconnected the jump start cable. My car couldn't start then without the cable. Can I disconnect my jump start cable when the two cars are still running? That way I can drive the car to an auto shop and have the battery replaced. Thanks. Felix.

A. Absolutely, you can leave the car running! But, don't rule out the alternator and charging system!

A. How about a book store, if you are looking retail? I cant say if it would work in your town, you need to do marketing research to see what would succeed in your town. Also in business .. Location, Location, Location is VERY important to success .. not only do you need the right business, you need the right location .. Passion, YES .. you do have to work long hours but passion because you believe in what you are doing. I work from home and have the utmost compassion and belief for what I do, I believe that is what brings me success .. If you don't like books, don't like to read .. then a book store probably wont make sense. Did deep .. Only you know what you really want to do. GL!

How would I start watching the show The Office?
Q. A lot of people I know really love The Office, and I've been meaning to watch it... But it's weird just leaping into a show and starting to watch it from the current episode. How can I start it in a less awkward way? Is there an episode that is good to start at? Should I begin at the first episode of this season? Starting at the very first episode of the show would take too long, sooo... Your opinions please.

A. I am a big fan of The Office (US), a mockumentary on lives of office workers in a paper company, Dunder Mifflin, at Scranton. The characters sort of grow on you, I started watching the show late in season 3. It took me awhile to get use to the momentum of the show since they use silences as punchlines at times. Since it is like a documentary, the characters will give their personal insights through their talking heads. Initially I didn't quite like Steve Carell but after watching him in The Office and see how flexible and hilarious he is, I really think he is a talented actor. And then there is adorable and irritating Dwight, and of course the romance between Jim and Pam. Gosh, I'm gushing about the show already! But seriously, just… [cont.]
