Golf is a precision club-and-ball sport, in which competing players (golfers), using many types of clubs, attempt to hit balls into each hole on a golf course while employing the fewest number of strokes. Golf is one of the few ball games that does not require a standardized playing area. Instead, the game is played on golf "courses", each of which features a unique design, although courses typically consist of either nine or 18 holes. Golf is defined, in the rules of golf, as "playing a ball with a club from the teeing ground into the hole by a stroke or successive strokes in accordance with the Rules." Golf competition is generally played for the lowest number of strokes by an individual, known simply as stroke play, or the lowest score on the most individual holes during a complete round by an individual or team, known as match play. I also have a teeth growing on my gums,do i need to pull it out or just put braces? Asked by ReRe_Sunshine - Mon Feb 12 01:26:45 2007 - - 6 Answers - 0 Comments A. It is up to the orthrodontist if those teeth need to be pulled. If they are permanment teeth then most likely no. If he did pull them out then there would be nothing that would grow back. The procedure of braces is really that simple. First they will put spacers in your mouth. Spacers are like little rubber bands that they put in your teeth so the braces go on easier without pain. I can't say how many you will because it is different for everybody. Sorry! Then in the next week you will go back. They will remove the spacers and take an impression of your teeth. It is just a silly putty kind of stuff they put in your mouth for a minute or so. I guess this is for the braces. Then they put the spacers back in. Q. Hi, I have just left college doing business admin and have started a full time office job. I was pretty active at college and now I am in a sedentary job I am worried about putting weight on. I drive to work (it is not possible to walk unfortunately), sit down at a desk all day and only get half hour for lunch. How can I avoid weight gain? Asked by zowiemarshmallows83 - Mon Mar 31 04:26:46 2008 - - 11 Answers - 0 Comments A. If you have to print things of at work try and do it one page at a time so you have to walk to the printer and back as much as possible. Depends how much of a tool your boss is but you also try 5 minute wanders about the office every hour or so to 'stretch your legs'. I don't think that's unreasonable, as sitting still for hours on end definitely is not good for your health and may well be good for you boss since you'll have less sick days. It should also increase your alertness and as a result your productivity. You say you cant walk to work but perhaps you could drive most of the way then walk the last 15 minutes, they'll give you 30 minutes a day.
