Bills are now taped together but small pieces and or up to 1/3rd of one $20 bill are missing. Numbers are all still intact. Is it still good? The unfinished pyramid has for it's base "1776" symbolizing the start of the nation. As the pyramids were know to have lasted a long time, they were often used to show permanence.
