Every magazine seems to have articles about how to be on your boss' good side, how to get a long with your co-workers, and how to climb on the corporate ladder. Every magazine seems to have them, fitness magazines, variety magazines, and even science magazine. I was addicted to these articles trying to get ahead in my company. But after so much frustration, I quit, and started my own business last year. I'm doing great. I set own my office without kissing up to anyone, I give myself raises everytime I work hard and get good profits, I don't have to care about being on anyone's good side.
