CCleaner should be able to do this for you. If you just delete the folder, you aren't deleting the registry entry for the program you are deleting. In order to delete the whole program you would need to delete registry entries as well. A program I installed, not long ago, didn't come with an uninstall file. I found CCleaner and it was able to uninstall the program for me. Or you can always go to the Hp support forums and find yourself a better answer You can even ask the same question over there as well with a fairly similar setup.
