In economics and marketingTypically when business people and economists talk of consumers they are talking about person as consumer, an aggregated commodity item with little individuality other than that expressed in the buy/not-buy decision. Q. Like how can it be violated? Can the issue of cola be conisdered as a conusmer right issue?? What about the rent that is increasing in today's world?? Can it also be considered as a consumer right issue?? If yes, what were the decision made by the consumer courts? Asked by Jincy A - Sat Aug 19 05:22:46 2006 - - 5 Answers - 0 Comments A. I have no idea. I think the entire concept is utter non-sense. I can't think of anywhere you are forced to buy anything. The decision to buy is the buyers choice. What "consumer rights" really are is falsely labeled socialism. It isn't about expanding rights at all but limiting them. Limits on what is available, and limits on who shall provide it. It is a false illness concocted to sell the snake oil of increased regulations that reduce the choices we have and restricts our freedom. After we use food, it is broken down into its constituent chemicals and the energy in the chemical bonds is eventually liberated as heat. If we were really consumers... then nothing would remain after we used it. Unfortunately people think resources are infinite, and waste can be generated infinitely. Now... to the answer... your teacher wants the "works"... ahhh... that contains some plant material, doesn't it. That puts you in a different part of the food pyramid/chain. Also... the bun comes from plants as well, doesn't it... as does the mustard/ketchup and pickles. Hmmm getting hungry. So it's not only the meat and cheese here. Now, if it's a bad fast food… [cont.] Answered by DrJ - Mon May 18 19:21:24 2009 Whats the career that helps out in the making of consumer electronics? What is that profession called?

This involves a knowledge of mechanical engineering and materials science. The courses for this are science/math heavy. In high school, you should take chemistry, algebra, calculus and physics. As a side beneift, you may want to look at an art class (for creative design). For colleges, you can focus on these areas, plus also if your college has a design school Answered by kako - Mon Oct 8 18:24:57 2007 From Yahoo Answer Search: "consumer" |
