Why didn't "system information" recognize the new Dell video drivers I just installed?
Q. I downloaded and installed the latest video drivers available for me from the dell drivers website. I ran the setup and restarted. When I go into "system information", the computer still says that the old drivers are still installed...why? Thanks!

A question for creation scientists: how do you define "new information" in the context of DNA?
Q. This claim was posted a few minutes ago: "Mutations are random mistakes which demonstrably do not add useful information to the DNA molecule." What is your definition of "new information" in this context? * increased genetic variety in a population? * increased genetic material? * novel genetic material? * novel genetically-regulated abilities? * a different definition? Mr. Stake, it seems the question you were trying to answer is not the same question I asked.

A. I saw the post you are referring to. All of these could be caused by mutations in the genetic code by various factors.

On the new Facebook profile, is there a way to keep some of your "basic information" from appearing?
Q. I don't want to delete the information entirely, I just don't want it to appear in the block of information below my name. Before, on the old profile, you had the "basic information" box on your Wall tab, and you could include any or all of your basic information from the section on your Info tab. Before, it was things like Hometown, religion, politics, relationship status, birthday. I had only my politics and birthday shown in that box, but on my info page, I had all of it. Does that ability still exist on the new profile? Specifically, I'm trying to hide my employment information, my current city, and my relationship status. I don't want to delete these things from my profile entirely, I just want it to not be at the very top… [cont.]

Q. Can you tell me about the "old aeroplanes" and "new aeroplanes"? Please. And show me two pictures of old areoplanes and new areoplanes. ( ^ _ ^ ) Please and thank you.
Asked by - Sun Feb 7 02:42:54 2010 - Aircraft - 2 Answers - Comments
A. This could be done by a simple search on the internet for "History of Flight". I think the reason there hasn't been too many answers is because to go into details would take hours to type out. The history of flight is only 100 years and you will find several websites that will give you information from the Wright Flyer, to the newer military composites and commercial composites.

If your computer slows down it doesn't always mean virus. It can mean it needs cleaning out. Get Ccleaner and clean it out. While you are at it, Defrag it with Defraggler, and stop deleting what you have no idea about. Just to be on the safe side. Do a online scan with Trend micro. It's not the best. The best is Kaspersky. But it's down right now. Get all your patches and fixes from Microsoft update. Maybe you need to empty your recycle bin every now and then. A. I think Dr. Bob missed the exact point that was opened up with his own wording. When he originally claimed that evolution "requires the addition of genetic information that results in new traits" ... the question glares ... what does 'information' mean in a GENETIC sense? Simply saying "Information is exactly that: something meaningful" is an absolutely useless definition ... it does nothing to clarify what information is in a GENETIC sense! In other words, *how does one measure information as a *GENETIC* quantity?* If you can't explain that, then claiming that evolution "requires the addition of genetic information" is utterly meaningless! What is i Tunes actually doing when is says "Determining Gapless Playback Information"?
Q. I recently installed the newest version of i Tunes and now whenever I connect my i Pod it does this annoying "Determining Gapless Playback Information" thing which slows down the whole programme! Does anyone know exactly what this is and if it is necessary? Is there anyway I can stop it doing this? A. It's analyzing the beginnings and ends of the songs to determine how best to eliminate any gap when one song ends and another begins. It should only do it once, so leave i Tunes running long enough to complete the operation.

How to write in the "additional information" section for scholarships?
Q. The scholarship search I'm doing says "List additional information that could help you earn more scholarships or get into a university. Think community service and any other participation in clubs or activities (maximum 2000 characters)." I know what I'm supposed to write but how am I supposed to format it? Like, a list or just paragraphs?
Asked by K(: - Sat Nov 26 18:22:54 2011 - Financial Aid - 1 Answers - Comments
A. If it says to "List" them, then go ahead and use a list format. You can add extra information beside each point, such as hours of service, skills learned or used, duties performed, etc... Be sure to not be shy and go ahead and share everything that you have done to help others. Think hard about all the activities you have been involved in like school clubs, sports, tutoring, helping teachers, church, community events, and more. Good luck! :)

Q. Yes. I play Rune Scape but their homepage says there is a new virus called "bubbles". In this case "bubbles" records your keystrokes to find out passwords and website id's so they can hack your account/email. Where can i find out more info on this "bubbles" virus /worms. And how can i prevent from getting a virus or more speciffically "bubbles"? Go to and find the link to "Important Information"
